Papers from the 4th, 5th and 6th North Sea History Conferences published 2003 “North Sea Lights”. Papers from the 8th North Sea History Conference published
2009 Organising Committee for the 10th North Sea History Conference in Gothenburg, 1-3 September 2011, is established. The Organising Committee consists of David J. Starkey (University of Hull), Lars Scholl (Deutsches Schiffahrtsmuseum, Bremerhaven), Frits Loomeijer (Maritiem Museum, Rotterdam), Morten Hahn-Pedersen (Fiskeri- og Søfartsmuseet, Esbjerg), Anne Tove Austbø (Stavanger Sjøfartsmuseum), Anna Rosengren & Britta Söderqvist (Sjöfartsmuseet Akvariet i Göteborg). The ”North Sea Passenger Lines”- project is launched in Hull 16 May as a publication as well as an exhibition. The exhibition is expected to be touring the North Sea until 2012 |
